The PACE Center in Grants Pass Will Close its Doors at the End of the Year News By Lucille McNamara On Nov 11, 2024 GRANTS PASS, Ore. — The PACE Center in Grants Pass will close at the end of this year as it has become unsustainable because too few people use its full range of services.   Primary Services Will be Provided by AllCare Medical Group The closure of the PACE Center should not affect its elderly patients as primary care services will be taken over by the AllCare Medical group. Also easing the transition will be the continued presence of the PACE primary care provider, Bobby Anthony, who will be transferring to the AllCare office in Douglas. He will be supported by an AllCare team working with PACE members to ensure a smooth transition. PACE opened in Grants Pass in 2020, but the market has become too small to maintain its full range of services.   PACE Takes Care of Senior Citizens PACE (Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) provides a range of services for older people, including medical care, social, and rehabilitative services. All the care and services offered by Medicaid and Medicare are available on the PACE program, as well as any other care and services that members may need.
