Ashland Police and Fire 9:20 p.m. Monday - Juvenile found passed out in Lithia Park, cited for minor in possession of alcohol and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana; released to parent. 3:56 a.m. Monday - Ashland male, 22, pulled over for traffic violations and arrested for DUII, Morton and Blaine streets. Subject cited and released to sober adult. Between 9 p.m. Sunday and 6:30 a.m. Monday - Unknown individual shot resident's cat with firearm of unknown caliber, 40 block Schofield Street. 11:27 p.m. Saturday - Ashland male, 50, arrested for assault and contributing to the delinquency of minors, 1500 block Siskiyou Boulevard. In addition, an Ashland female at the residence, 27, arrested for a felony warrant, a misdemeanor warrant, and frequenting a drug house; another Ashland female arrested for a misdemeanor warrant and frequenting a drug house; and an Ashland male arrested for frequenting a drug house. 7:36 p.m. Saturday - Ashland male, 69, arrested following a domestic dispute, 2000 block Wedgewood Lane. Jackson County Fire District No. 5 2:40 p.m. Monday - Truck carrying logging equipment pulled down powerlines, 4000 block Griffin Creek Road. 2 p.m. Monday - Two car motor vehicle collision, 7700 block Wagner Creek Road. One person transported to Rogue Valley Medical Center with injuries.
