The bicyclist, an Ashland man, 31, received injuries to his left leg and left shoulder. 11:28 a.m. Monday - A window at a classroom at Helman Elementary School was reported broken. Damage estimated at $400. 11:45 p.m. Sunday - An officer observed an Ashland man, 25, attempting to start fights on the 300 block of Bridge Street. The man was raising his skateboard over his head like he was going to hit people with it. When the officer ordered the man to stop, he ran and was apprehended a short time later. The man was arrested and lodged at the Jackson County Jail in Medford. 10:49 p.m. Sunday - Ashland man, 20, arrested for possession and manufacturing of marijuana and driving under the influence of marijuana on Bridge at Lee Street. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail.
