Friday, 7:47 a.m. — Police investigated a hit and run at the intersection of North Main and Bush streets in Ashland. Friday, 10:47 a.m. — Police conducted a public assist in the 700 block of Salishan Street. Friday, 11:42 a.m. — Police took an abuse report in the 1100 block of East Main Street.  Friday, 2:24 p.m. — Police responded to a motor vehicle accident in the 100 block of North First Street. Friday, 2:54 p.m. — Police cited a man for dog control violations in the Ashland area.  Friday, 4:25 p.m. — Police investigated a theft case in the 1500 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Friday, 5:45 p.m. — Police cited a man on a third-degree theft charge in the 1400 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Friday, 6:33 p.m. — Police investigated a shoplifting report in the 1400 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Friday, 8:10 p.m. — Police arrested a man in the 100 block of Lithia Way on an Ashland Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear charges. Friday, 9:25 p.m. — Police arrested a man on a warrant at the intersection of Will Dodge Way and North Pioneer Street. Saturday, 1:31 a.m. — Police arrested a man at the intersection of North Pioneer Street and Lithia Way for driving under the influence of intoxicants. Saturday, 1:55 a.m. — Police investigated a report of a missing woman in the 100 block of East Main Street and found her in an hour.  Saturday, 7:23 a.m. — Police investigated a report of an unlawful entry into a motor vehicle in the 2500 block of Ashland Street where $13,165 worth of photography equipment was stolen. Saturday, 8:28 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 700 block of South Mountain Avenue. Saturday, 10:28 a.m. — Police investigated a report of stolen mail in the 1500 block of Lilac Circle.  Saturday, 12:34 p.m. — Police investigated the unattended death of an adult female in the 700 block of Park Street. Saturday, 1:06 p.m. — Police responded to a report of a possible restraining order violation in the Ashland area. Saturday, 5:58 p.m. — Police investigated an unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle in the 2500 block of Ashland Street. Saturday, 7:28 p.m. — Police cited a man for failing to stop after he struck a pedestrian at a crosswalk at the intersection of Lithia Way and Oak Street. Saturday, 9:40 p.m. — Police investigated a burglary in the 2500 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Sunday, 1:38 a.m. — Police arrested a woman at the intersection of Will Dodge Way and North Pioneer Street on a disorderly conduct charge after she allegedly attempted to head-butt one of her friends. Sunday, 9:23 a.m. — Police took an adult female into protective custody in the Ashland area and transported her to Asante Rogue Regional Medical Center for a mental health evaluation. Sunday, 9:50 a.m. — Police investigated a theft report in the 1400 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. Sunday, 3:34 p.m. — Police responded to a theft report in the 1400 block of Siskiyou Boulevard and arrested a man on 10 warrants. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail. Sunday, 8:49 p.m. — Police investigated a theft case in the first block of North Main Street. Monday, 12:15 a.m. — Police cited a man on a trespass charge in the 600 block of Tolman Creek Road. Monday, 2:29 a.m. — Police cited a man on a trespass charge in the 100 block of Lithia Way.
