A Medford man, 45, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. At the scene, an Ashland man, 29, was arrested for refusing to obey a police officer. Both men were lodged at the Jackson County Jail in Medford. o 12:18 a.m. Tuesday - Four people were discovered at the Lithia Park Playground after the park had closed. An Ashland man, 20, and a male juvenile were cited for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. o 9:49 p.m. Monday - Ashland man, 20, cited for prohibited skateboarding on East Main Street at Pioneer Street. o 7:50 p.m. Monday - Nevada man, 53, arrested for disorderly conduct for displaying violent and threatening behavior at Alex's on North Main Street. The man was lodged at the Jackson County Jail. o 1:45 p.m. Monday - A backpack with $250 worth of items such as textbooks was stolen from a locker in the P.E. Building at Ashland High School. o 11:55 p.m. Sunday - Ashland man, 29, arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol on Faith Avenue at Ashland Street. o 8:45 p.m. Sunday - Transient man, 29, cited for having an open container of alcohol at the Downtown Plaza. o 11:54 p.m. Saturday - Ashland man, 22, arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol on Wightman Street at Siskiyou Boulevard.
