ASHLAND POLICE & FIRE 1:28 a.m. Monday - DUII controlled substance, North Main and Coolidge streets Ashland woman, 18, cited and released to a sober adult. 11:05 a.m. Saturday - Mountain bike valued at $1,300 taken, 1700 block Siskiyou Boulevard. 4:26 a.m. Sunday - Two men, 25 and 28, cited for criminal trespassing and criminal mischief, 100 block Seventh Street. 2:34 a.m. Sunday - After responding to a report of a domestic disturbance, 2400 block Siskiyou Boulevard, police arrested an Ashland man on two warrants and also charged him with resisting arrest, lodged in Jackson County Jail. 2:16 a.m. Sunday - DUII, B and Water streets, Ashland man, 26, cited. 1:38 a.m. Sunday - DUII, Tolman Creek Road and Ashland Street, Ashland man, 52, cited and released to a sober adult. 7:45 p.m. Saturday - Adult male cited for theft and possession of less than an ounce of marijuana after being found with two stolen chairs and a glass mug from a pub, East Main and Fourth streets. 5:55 p.m. Saturday - Shoplifting, 200 block North First Street, Ashland woman, 33, cited and released into Ashland Municipal Court for allegedly taking facial cream valued at $26.95 from the Ashland Food Coop. 2:38 Saturday - White City man, 42, charged with felon in possession of a firearm, manufacturing a controlled substance (marijuana and psilocybin) mushrooms after police allegedly found him to be in possession of several ounces of mushrooms and pot packages made for sale at a flea market at the National Guard Armory, lodged in Jackson County Jail. 8 a.m. Friday - Bicycle valued at $250 taken, 1300 block Lee Street. TALENT POLICE 4:35 p.m. Saturday - DUII, 800 block South Pacific Highway, Bend man, 43, lodged in Jackson County Jail. PHOENIX POLICE 11:48 a.m. Sunday - Ashland man, 38, charged with theft, criminal mischief and burglary, 300 block Independence circle, lodged in Jackson County Jail. 8:55 p.m. Friday - Shoplifting, 700 block North Main Street, Phoenix man, 48, cited and released. JACKSON COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT NO. 5 11:54 a.m. Saturday - Two-vehicle accident, Wal-Mart parking lot, no injuries.
