--> --> Wake up and tie in I thought the Quartz Fire would be a wake-up call, telling us it's time to tie into the Medford City water line now! I guess not. The City Council says we'll do it in the future. We have only three drought years every 100 years? Lately it's been closer to three in ten. What about '92 and '94? A lightning storm could torch our watershed, even in a normal year. Hooking up to Medford water will never be cheaper than now. Every year the cost will go up. Let's do it now!
