--> --> Peerless joins others to provide Window of Hope Ashland Daily Tidings The Peerless Restaurant in Ashland is joining with other restaurants and food establishments throughout the world on Oct. 11, donating a portion of the evening's profits to the Window of Hope Family Relief Fund. The fund will provide aid to the families of the victims of the World Trade Center tragedy who worked in the food service profession throughout the entire complex. The Peerless Restaurant is located at 265 Fourth Street in Ashland's historic railroad district. Crissy Barnett, a restaurant spokesperson said she knew of no other establishments in Ashland that were also taking part in the fundraiser. Area residents are invited to take part in the fundraiser that will provide immediate emergency aid as well as future scholarships and funds for families of the victims.
