Karen Brown and Martin Stockton Karen Brown and Martin Stockton have announced their engagement and plan to marry May 5, 2007, on the beach in Humboldt County, followed by a reception in Talent on May 6, 2007. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Pauline Donahue of Talent and the late Donald Mark Donahue of Salem, Illinios. She has a Bachelor's Degree from Utah State University and is a graduate of Southern Oregon University with a Master's of Science Degree in Outdoor Education. She owned a Landscaping business for 9 years and currently works for the U. S. Postal Service. The groom-to-be is the son of Joe Buck and Marval Lee Stockton of Marysville, Calif. He graduated from Wheatland High School in Wheatland, Calif. Martin served in the U. S. Navy for 24 years and now works for the County of Humboldt at the regional airport. The couple will reside in Humboldt County.
