ASHLAND POLICE & FIRE 9:08 p.m. Tuesday - DUII, Lithia Way and Second Street, Medford woman, 43, cited and released to a sober adult. 5:48 p.m. Tuesday - Transient man, 22, cited for drinking in public, Bill Patten Memorial Garden at Lithia Park, lodged in Jackson County Jail on a prior warrant. 5:23 p.m. Tuesday - Transient man, 24, cited for drinking in public and furnishing alcohol to a minor, lodged in Jackson County Jail on prior warrants, 200 block Helman Street. 2:48 p.m. Tuesday - Transient man, 24, cited for drinking in public, East Main and Pioneer streets. 1:43 p.m. Tuesday - Transient man, 19, cited for having a dog in the park near the Lithia Park Bandshell. PHOENIX POLICE 2:30 p.m. Tuesday - Warrant arrest, 200 block of Bolz Road, Phoenix male and female arrested on warrants for negotiating bad checks, lodged in Jackson County Jail on $4,000 bail each, additional charge lodged against female after it was discovered that she allegedly negotiated another bad check at Ray's Food Place.
