Library: It's time is now On Nov. 2, those of us who live in the city of Ashland will have the chance to vote for the library bond. I had the opportunity to staff the library table last week, and was glad that so many patrons are in favor of the new library. The time has come for us to show our support for a new library, a library that will service our needs in the 21st century with expanded computer services, additional parking, and a beautiful new addition to the existing Carnegie library.
