The men were cited and released. The woman was refered to the juvenile department. 9:49 a.m. Saturday — Police confiscated a live marijuana plant while performing a civil standby operation as Rent-A-Center employees attempted to retrieve rented property from a house at the 1000 block of Fern Street.
