Richardson takes 15th at 4A meet EUGENE - Ashland High senior distance runer David Richardson finished 15th in the 3,000-meter run Friday, in the Class 4A state track and field meet at Hayward Field. Richardson crossed the finish line in 9:01.86 to beat four of the race's 19 competitors. Galen Rupp of Central Catholic won the race in 8:14.36. Richardson was Ashland's only representative at state and did not qualify for any other events.
