Ashland Police & Fire 7:14 p.m. Thursday - Theft two, 2000 block of Ashland Street, a known suspect passed two checks at Shop N' Kart and then had the checks canceled at the bank, under investigation. 1:47 p.m. Friday - False information to police, 600 block of Mistletoe Road, adult male subject arrested and taken into Jackson County Jail for giving false information to a police officer. 5:20 p.m. Friday - Motor vehicle crash, property damage, East Main and Dewey streets, three-vehicle crash, one driver reported minor injuries and was treated at the scene by Ashland Fire & Rescue, driver of another vehicle cited for driving too close, two vehicles towed, $1,000 in damages to each vehicle. 8:18 p.m. Friday - Theft of services, 300 block of East Main, two men drank beer at the Natural Cafe and said they had no money leaving on foot, APD located them on the sidewalk, the pair were cited and released. 10:34 p.m. Friday - Possession of marijuana, East Main and Lincoln streets, stopped driver for speeding, male found in possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, cited and released. 11:22 p.m. Friday - DUII, East Main and Tolman Creek Road, stopped van for traffic violation, driver found to be under the influence of alcohol, cited and released to a sober adult. 11:35 p.m. Friday - Minor in possession, Hwy 66 milepost 9 and Emigrant Creek Road milepost 2, cited and released two females for minors in possession of alcohol. 1:22 a.m. Saturday - DUII, eluding arrest, Southern Oregon University near Ashland Street, arrested a juvenile male for driving under the influence after driver failed to stop and attempted to elude APD, cited and released.
