City Hall to close mid-afternoons this week Posted May 14, 2018 at 7:44 PM Updated May 14, 2018 at 7:44 PM By Bert EtlingAshland Daily Tidings Ashland City Hall will be closed from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, May 15-17, the city has announced. The closure will allow utility department employees to work on a computer billing software conversion, according to Bryn Morrison, a city administrative services manager. Other City Hall employees will continue working on their regular assignments, but since the public entrance into City Hall opens into the area where utility bills can be paid, the doors will be closed during those hours.
