Controlled burn planned near Granite Street in Ashland Monday Mar 5, 2018 at 10:04 AM Mar 5, 2018 at 10:04 AM Ashland Parks & Recreation will conduct a controlled burn on an area in Lithia Park near Granite Street today, according to a news release. The controlled burn focuses on the Lithia Hillside area, just above the park. Crews will be burning several piles. Smoke may impact surrounding neighborhoods from Granite Street to downtown, Ashland Parks officials said.
