Vehicle was unlocked with the key inside. No suspect information. Monday, 8:11 a.m. — Police took a report of theft of services in the 200 block of Helman Street. Monday, 9:07 a.m. — Police took a report of mail theft in the 400 block of Euclid Avenue. Monday, 1:15 p.m. — Police took a report of a counterfeit bill passed at the Valero gas station in the 2400 block of Ashland Street.
