Wednesday, 2:50 p.m. — Police investigated a vandalism report in the first block of Winburn Way. Wednesday, 3:28 p.m. — Police investigated a fraud report in the 100 block of California Street. Wednesday, 5:15 p.m. — Police investigated a hit and run at the intersection of Hargadine Street and Enders Alley. Wednesday, 7:55 p.m. — Police arrested a man in the 100 block of Garfield Street on a harassment charge. Wednesday, 8:56 p.m. — Police arrested a man in the 300 block of Lithia Way for unlawful possession of a concealed firearm.
