A female juvenile was cited for being a minor in possession of alcohol. 11:07 p.m. Tuesday - Grants Pass man, 43, was pulled over for speeding on Central Avenue at Laurel Street. He was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. 8:30 p.m. Tuesday - A man was cited for having less than an ounce of marijuana and an open container of alcohol on Morton Street at Siskiyou Boulevard. The man was taken to detox. 11:30 a.m. Tuesday - A construction crew reported $500 damage to 12 heat vents and a section of duct work at a construction site on the 300 block of Otis Street.
