The fourteen segments of magnetic tape compriling
specimen O20 were connected together with nonmagnetic leader
tape and placed on a 5-inch tape reel. Edit tabs were placed
on the tape backing for support where the tape was torn.
Aural examination of specimen Q20 revealed only
commercially recorded music, and therefore no copies or
transcriptions were prepared.

On 1/10/81, a search was conducted in the vicinity
of Redwine Road and I-285, Southwest Atlanta, the area in
which the skeletal remains of two young children were found.

that on 2/13/81 at approximately l pm an FBI
search team located skeletal remains in the
vicinity where other victims of the ATKID case
have previously been located. Fulton County
Medical Examiner has advised that the remains
appear to be that of a young child; however,
no positive identification has been made.
At approximately 1:55 pm on the same date,
the body of a young black male was discovered
in a ditch in DeKalb County, Georgia. This
body was tentatively identified as that of
Baltazar who was last seen alive
The DeKalb County Medical Examiner
that the victim died of ligature
than 72 hours.

The Scientific Analysis Section has completed all analyses on items
submitted to date in captioned matter. The specimens received were found
as a result of a crime scene search conducted by Bureau Agents southwest
of Atlanta, Georgia, on 1/10/81. They include remains of shot shells, pieces
of a recording tape, pieces of cloth, loose pages of a Penthouse magazine and
a cigarette butt.
Analysis has determined the shot shells to be probably in excess of
20 years old. No blood or semen was found on any of the specimens . The
recording tape was determined to be the remains of a commercially produced
recording uf "pup" music .
The Latent Fingerprint Section of the Identification Division is processing
all items for ngerprints of value.
Contact has been maintained on a.n "as needed" basis with Atlanta Division
regarding Lab examiners assistance "onscene," and in an advisory capacity.

On 2/25/81 _ protect identity!was contacted at herresidence at which time she provided géiqjpthe followingtinformation in addition to the enclosure:
The individual involved in the murders has
very bad eyesight and wears glasses. She felt he may
drive a vehicle, possibly a vanfthat is bright in color
and the vehicle may be damaged. She feels that he is
possibly white and 30 years of age or less. The subject
also has a scar on his chin and is "city oriented". He
has reddish brown hair and is of medium height with a
muscular build. He was born during a major eclipse which
would have occurred on 3/l8/50, 9/12/50, 3/17/51, 9/l/51,
2/25/52, or 8/20/52. She feels that he was born on or near
within two days! 3/l8/50 or 9/12/50.
He was a victim of child abuse and may have
possibly been taken away from his parents during his
youth. He is possibly a high school dropout and is
employed in some type of manual labor, i.e. truck driver,
transporting food or other food products. She feels that
the first killing took place around 6/8/79, and resulted
from divorce action or separation fro his estranged wife.
He has two children by her.
She feels the subject is responsiblefbr either
13 or 14 of the children that were missing. According to
the charts the next incident will occur on 3/9/81, and a
woman will witness the incident or his estranged wife may
realize who the subject is. As a result of this information
she feels that he will be captured in July of this year.
The last paragraph and diagram on the enclosure
were obtained during a psychic vision. She saw the initials
"G.H." The house he resides is in a "level" geographic area.

The kills; is ruled by Aries which is in a weeping degree.
This shows he is entering a new course, at the end of his
rope or patiences, desperate, misfortune. He is positive,
self-reliant, out spoken, independent in action. He is
always ready and armed for the occasion. Sharp and cutting
and tends to be argumentative.
APPEARANCE:
He is medium height, muscular, and his movements give the
impression of agility. Usually looks angry and speaks
sharply. A scar or wound is evident near the chin or neck.
He is carrying a grudge. Hair brown with redish tintfihatnwrl.
His early family life was marked by unhappiness and some
violence which has left its mark, often traceable to an
unruly person or harsh experience there. He achieved
independence at an early age and struck out for himself.
Many ups and downs in youth. Much interference in his
education. At least one court appearance and usually
a substitute parent or protector.
His actions are erratic and unpredictable but cunning as
only an insane person could be. Fancies himself as the
grim reaper. Also_a sexual malfunction present. He feels
he has nothing_to lose and no hope for the future.
He will be found in a work area. Possible truck giver,
