for l2 individuals subpoenaed after evidence was obtained that

Special Agent COLE  deceased! of the FBI, who was recently ,
killed at the Wounded Knee. S.D. reservation had developed
an&#39;informant at that reservation who was scheduled to testify
at coert&#39;trial. This informant three days prior to testifying
allegedly raped in indian woman and her daughter. KUNSTLER
stated that SA COLE used his influence to keep the rape -
incident quiet. XUHSTLER implied that SA COLE had carried _
out a misdeed and that people should not show remorse over

the audience that the FBI urged her husband to lie against

I . I PAT SHINTON aka Shoshana, spoke on the "repressive
society and communal life. . &#39; -
. ,1 BART LUBOH, one of the l2 individuals subpoenaed 
in the BLA matter, urged for unity and for everyone not to
cooqgrate with grand juries, especially in NYC, NY. -
JIM DURHAM, self admitted Vice President of AIM
from South Dakota, stated that the FBI is harassing and
beating women and children at wounded Knee. He related that
a grand jury in South Dakota is currently investigating
the death of the Indian killed at Hounded Knee after the
two FBI agents were killed. DURHAM related that this
indian was wearing one of the agent&#39;s flak jackets when found
and it did not show evidence of bullet holes; however, the
individualjs body had numerous holes which would normally
have been covered by the flak jacket. He stated that&#39;the _
US Government has no jurisdiction on indian reservations. _HET 
stated, There have been 240 indians killed and two FBI
agents killed at wounded Knee during the Past two Years and
the score is not even.

on the upcoming Federal Grand Jury scheduled to hear testimony
on fe SUSAN SAXE case on 9/27/75, in New Haven, Connecticut,
She urged those in attendance to attend a demonstration in
New Haven on that date. - _ g

JACK SCOTT was introduced, but refused to speak,
however, his wife, MICKY SCOTT, stated that their family
was constantly being harassed by the FB1 and that they were
promised by the FBI that such actions would cease if they
would cooperate with the FBI. .
