On 4/13/es, SAsL |[::::::] conducted an interview a
 ABDUL HAKIM ALI, AKA ABEUL
HAKIM ALI HASHEM MURAD. MURAD was interviewed as he was being
transported from Manila, Philippines to New York as a result ofia
sealed indictment issued by the Uniced $taned Federal District
Court for the Southern District of New York The indictment of
MURAD charged him with Title 18 USC Sectien 32 Cbnspiracy to
Deetray U.S. Civil Aircrafte-MURAD was~advised of the identities
cf the interviewing agents and the purpose sf the interview.
MURAD was read his rights in English and stated that he
understood. MURAD then read his advise sf rights in both English
and Arabic and again stated that he understand. MURAD then signed
the waivers cf his rights, witnessed by the interviewing agents.
MURAD agreed t0 speak to the interviewing agents and provided the
following information in English.
