Details: On March 9, 1997, CHRISTOPHER WALLACE, aka Notorius
B I.G., was murdered as he left the Peterson Automotive Museum in
Los Angeles after attending a post Music Awards ceremony.
WALLACE was in the middle car of a 3-car caravan when a dark
Chevy SS Impala pulled next to him and fired several times into
the passenger area where WALLACE was sitting. WALLACE died
minutes later at a local hospital.
Several sources have identified the shooter as a light

The following is a synopsis regarding the murder of
Christopher Wallace, aka Notorius B.I.G. BIGGIE SMADLS! that
occurred on March 9, 1997 in Los Angeles, CA. At the time of his
murder, BIGGIE was the #1 rap artist for BAD BOY records based in
New York. TUPAC SHAKUR was shot and killed in Las Vegas, NV in
September, 1996, 6 months prior to BIGGIE being killed. TUPAC

events that lead up to the shooting death of TUPAC and the
"retaliation" of BIGGIE where allegedly LAPD officers were

October 1, 1993 TUPAC was arrested for allegedlylshooting an
off duty Atlanta police officer. Charges were subsequently
dropped.
November 1 1994 TUPAC was shot 5 times during a robbery in
the lobby of Quad Recording Studios in Times Square,.NY. BIGGIE
and members of his entourage were inside the same studio at this
time. Without evidence, TUPAC and members of DEATH ROW believed
BIGGIE had knowledge or involvement in the shooting.
March 13, 1995 A gang member is murdered at the El Rey
theater in Los Angeles. Many of the security peopleiare off_duty.
police officers from Long Beach PD, Compton PD, Inglewood PD,
Hawthorne PD and LAPD, all working for Wrightway Securities who

to discuss dissatisfaction with armed security personnel and the
use of off duty police officers.
August 18, 1996 4 identified gang members were arrested as

I in August, 1996, GAINES made a,911 telephone
ca rom a gas station location which ironically is the same
location he died at from the LYGA shooting. This 911 call, which
GAINES did not identify himself during, was recorded which GAINES
stated an ADW assault with a deadl '

occurred GAINES arrived driving his Mercedes, confronted the LAPD
Officers and refused to let them inside the residencelarea. GAINES
was eventually handcuffed as LAPD did not know who he was nor did
GAINES identify himself. After being handcuffed GAINES finally
identified himself and subsequently filed a lawsuit against LAPD.GAINES eventually admitted to LAPD Officer£;:;:::::]of Harbor
Division he did make that 911 telephone ca ut no charges were
ever filed against him. '
After this incident, another situation occurred involving
GAINES where he was in possession of another LAPD Officer's
personally designed handcuffs that had been reported stolen.
GAINES went to a Board of Rights hearing and coincidentally
Internal Affairs IA! lost this file until 1 week after the one
year statute of limitations expired. I
In September, 1996, GAINES was assigned to a desk at his
workplace. Two days prior to the TUPAC SHAKUR shooting until two

radios, scanners and other tactical items. Note: A 9mm gun was
used to kill WALLACE with very rare Gecko 9mm ammuniion. TUPAC
was killed in Las Vegas in September, 1996, 6 months prior to
WALLACE being shot. It is alleged that the WALLACE murder was in
retaliation to the TUPAC murder. TUPAC worked for DEATH ROW
records at the time he was shot west coast! while WALLACE worked

Individual contacted writer and stated he/she was
contacted by a Santa Monica Police Department SMPD! officer who
has read about individual's involvement regarding centain Los
Angeles Police Department LAPD! cases. After individual explained
he has a contact at the FBI writer!, the SMPD officer stated he
would like to meet with the FBI and provide information regarding
corrupt officers in Santa Monica. Individual, who had never heard
of spoken to this SMPD officer before, stated he/she will set up a
meeting with writer and the SMPD officer where this information can
then be discussed.

Details: On March 9, 1997, CHRISTOPHER WALLACE, aka Wotorius
B.I.G., was murdered as he left the Peterson Automotive Museum in
Los Angeles after attending a post Music Awards ceremony.
WALLACE was in the middle car of a 3car caravan when a dark
Chevy SS Impala pulled next to him and fired several times into
the passenger area where WALLACE was sitting. WALLACE died
minutes later at a local hospital.
