disaster have not been concluded up to the present day.
A publication "Who destroyed the Hindenburg" by the American
journalist A.A.Hoeh1ing found special mention in which the
author allegedly asserts that the aerostat has been destroyed
by an infernal machine. &#39;7
, As you, Dear Director Hoover, and your Bureau have
certainly had to deal with this case in some direction I _ 1should feel obliged if you had the kindness as to inform us /L
about it as far as deems advisable for publication. In this y
connection, may I again point out that I am by no means inter-
ested in any political backgrounds this case may involve, but
- according to the endeavors of our review - solely in the

this disaster, but we did establish liaison with the Navy and Commerce
