Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend April 11, 2006 Emergency Services Felony arrests Drugs — Samuel Mark Becker, 21, of Gig Harbor, Wash. Medford police early Monday arrested Becker on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was released Monday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Adrian Rios, 25, no address available. Medford police Monday arrested Rios on charges of possession, delivery and manufacturing of methamphetamine. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday without bail pending a review of his immigration status. Miscellaneous Jail releases — A total of 77 inmates were released last week from the Jackson County Jail to meet its court-ordered cap of no more than 230 inmates. Of those, 20 were released before their scheduled court appearance, one was granted an early release from his sentence and 56 were released for miscellaneous reasons.
