Medford police arrested Workman early Sunday on charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, reckless driving and driving while suspended. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $11,000 bail. Drugs — Thomas Winfield Scott Jr., 52, of the 600 block of Hamilton Street, Medford. Central Point police arrested Scott Sunday on a charge of possession of amphetamine. He was jailed on $5,000 bail. Drugs — James Michael Monroe, 32, of the 6600 block of Crowfoot Road, Trail. Medford police arrested Monroe Sunday on charges of possession of amphetamine and second-degree theft. He was jailed on $9,000 bail. Drugs — Karen Martin, 38, of the 900 block of Schieffelin Gulch Road, Rogue River. Oregon State Police arrested Martin Sunday on a charge of possession of amphetamine. She was jailed on $5,000 bail. Crime reports Burglary — 1000 block of West 10th Street, Medford. Medford police Sunday took a report of a burglarized residence. A computer system, a Sony receiver, compact discs, a CD case and shirts with a total 1,960 estimated value were reported stolen. Stolen vehicle — 700 block of Western Avenue, Medford. Medford police Sunday took a report that someone stole a blue 1989 Chevrolet Beretta with Oregon license plate ZQV-018. Theft — 2900 block of Crater Lake Highway, Medford. Medford police Sunday took a report that someone stole a camera, lens, flash equipment and cell phone with a total estimated value of $1,755.
