Roy’s criminal history in Oregon shows arrests and convictions for first-degree theft, possession of methamphetamine, probation violations and felon in possession of a firearm. He was incarcerated at the Oregon State Penitentiary in December 2002 for 13 months. He was released in September 2003. His criminal history in California indicates arrests and convictions for possession of a controlled substance, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was sentenced to serve 32 months in prison. On Nov. 18, 2004, Roy was indicted on charges of two counts of first-degree burglary and two counts of first-degree theft for a burglary that occurred in the Rogue River area. On Jan. 18, a felony warrant was issued for failure to appear on these charges. The warrant is extraditable in all 50 states. The Oregon State Board of Parole and Probation also has issued a felony no-bail warrant for parole violation. Roy is described as a white male adult, 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing about 160 pounds with blue eyes and brown hair. Roy has a tattoo of a flaming swastika underneath his upper right arm, a scar on his right hand and has upper and lower partial dentures.
