November 13. 2014 12:44PM Public meeting on proposed endangered species listing for Pacific Fisher approaching The U.S. Department of Fish & Wildlife will hold a public meeting on the proposal to list the Pacific Fisher as an endangered species from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 17, at the Rogue Regency Inn, 2300 Biddle Road, Medford. The meeting is one in a series along the West Coast. Fishers are forest-dwelling mammals in the same family as minks, otters, martens and weasels. Meeting attendees will be able to ask questions about the proposed listing and submit comments.
