Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested McNeal on Thursday on two counts of fourth-degree assault, and charges of menacing, disorderly conduct, reckless endangerment and pointing a firearm at another person. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail and was released Friday afternoon on his own recognizance. Forgery— Travis Brent Cavalli, 29, of the 1100 block of Pinecroft Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Cavalli on Friday on one count of first-degree forgery, six counts of identity theft, four counts of second-degree forgery, three counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument, attempted second-degree theft, possession of amphetamines, fraudulent use of a credit card and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Friday night without bail. Drugs— David Gary Smith, 24, of Medford. Medford police arrested Smith on Friday on charges of possession of amphetamines and violating a restraining order. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Friday night on $10,000 bail. Drugs— Victor Gerardo Pacheco, 34, no address listed. Sheriff’s deputies arrested Pacheco on Friday on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Friday night on $5,000 bail. Drugs— Carlos Raul Munoz, 19, of the 1400 block of Hilton Road, Medford. Sheriff’s deputies arrested Munoz on Friday on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Friday night on $5,000 bail. Drugs— Thomas Edward Reha, 44, of the 1000 block of Juliet Avenue, White City. Reha appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Friday on an indictment charging him with delivery, manufacturing and possession of amphetamines, as well as being a felon in possession of a weapon. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Friday night on $20,000 bail. Drugs— Kendall Jeanne Hancock, 35, of the 100 block of Kenwood Avenue, Medford. Hancock appeared in Circuit Court Friday on an indictment charging her with possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Crime reports Burglary— 1000 block of Sunset Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report Friday of a burglary at a garage. Lawn tools, including a leaf blower and weed eater valued at a total of $340, were reported stolen.
