Grizzlies have 19 aces in sweep By Joe Zavala Sep 22, 2016 12:00 AM A A Rosie Dean had eight of Ashland's 19 aces as the Grizzlies swept Springfield in Midwestern League volleyball action Thursday in Eugene. The Grizzlies won 25-10, 25-16, 25-16. Alex Crane had 12 kills and Myla Norvell and Gabbi Kola four aces apiece for Ashland (6-3, 5-2 MWL), which earned its fourth straight league win. Springfield fell to 1-7 overall, 1-5 in league play.
