Medford police arrested Withrow Sunday on charges of possessing and distributing methamphetamine, giving false information to a police officer, failing to appear in court on a theft charge, and violating conditions of his parole. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Jesus Quirarte Banuelos, 22, of the 2600 block of West Stewart Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Banuelos Sunday on charges of possessing and distributing methamphetamine. He was lodged in the county jail on bail of $15,000. Theft — Ronald Paul Kramer, 44, of the 500 block of Palo Verde Street, Central Point. Medford police arrested Kramer Sunday on charges of first-degree theft, violating terms of his probation, and violating conditions of his parole. He was lodged in the county jail without bail. Burglary — Dustin James Willis, 18, of the 700 block of West Second Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Willis Sunday on a charge of first-degree burglary. He was lodged in the county jail on bail of $20,000. Vehicle theft — Javier Antonio Ruiz, 24, of the 3400 block of Antelope Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Ruiz Sunday on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and resisting arrest. He was lodged in the county jail on bail of $9,000. Advertisement Injury accidents A Medford-area man in his mid-30s was flown to Rogue Valley Medical Center early Sunday after a logging accident in the Applegate Valley. Applegate Fire District 9 Capt. Greg Gilbert said a 10-inch log rolled on the man while he was cutting trees on land in the Yale Creek area that was burned during the Quartz fire in 2001. A vehicle took the man, whose name was not available Sunday, to the junction of Applegate Road and Little Applegate Road, where a helicopter took him to the hospital. Additional information about the accident and the man’s condition was not available at press time. Crime reports Theft — Jackson County sheriff’s deputies took a report Sunday of a theft at a residence in the 3600 block of Agate Meadows Road. The resident said miscellaneous tools valued at $1,475 had been stolen. Burglary — Medford police took a report Sunday of a burglary at a residence in the 2100 block of Table Rock Road.
