A Medford police officer Wednesday arrested Arguijo on charges of second-degree forgery and second-degree theft. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Wednesday in lieu of $50,000 bail. Assault — Jose Miguel Eaton, 27, no known address. A Medford police officer Wednesday arrested Eaton on charges of third-degree assault and fourth-degree assault. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday in lieu of $20,000 bail. Drugs — Nicole Marie Schwalbach, 22, no known address. A Medford police officer Wednesday arrested Schwalbach on charges of possession of methamphetamine, providing false information to police about a criminal investigation and an out-of-state warrant. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Wednesday in lieu of $265,000 bail. Drugs — Carl Ray Andersen, 32, of the 500 block of Onley Avenue, Bend. Andersen appeared Wednesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Lindsey Sue Evans, 21, of the 4800 block of South East 63rd Avenue, Portland. Evans appeared Wednesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with two counts of possession of methamphetamine. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Tonya Delene Randahl, 22, of the 400 block of J Street, Medford. Randahl appeared Wednesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of methamphetamine and two counts of endangering a minor. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Wednesday in lieu of $3,000 bail. Vehicle theft — Thomas Richard Brissey Jr., 29, of Redding, Calif. Brissey appeared Wednesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with unlawful use of a motor vehicle and an out-of-state warrant. He was lodged in jail without bail.
