A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Rusciano on eight counts of identity theft, first-degree possession of a forged instrument, attempted first-degree forgery, providing false information to police about a crime and a warrant issued in Arizona for first-degree forgery. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Stephanie Annette Baxter, 44, no known address. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Thursday arrested Baxter on warrants charging her with possession of cocaine, delivery of cocaine and manufacturing cocaine. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Thursday on $50,000 bail. Burglary — Joshua William Taylor, 20, of the 2600 block of Tennessee Drive, Medford. A Medford police officer Thursday arrested Taylor on charges of first-degree burglary, strangulation, fourth-degree assault, third-degree theft and interfering with a report. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $83,000 bail. Crime reports Burglary — 600 block of West Linn Road, Eagle Point. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Thursday took a report of a burglary in which someone broke into a business.
