A Medford police officer on Monday arrested McFerrin on charges of second-degree burglary and first-degree theft. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $115,000 bail. Drugs — Kara Jo Starks, 24, no known address. A Medford police officer on Tuesday arrested Starks on a charge of possession of amphetamines and a warrant charging her with second-degree trespassing. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Wednesday on $6,000 bail. Drugs — Vincent Erle Mitchell, 23, no known address. Mitchell appeared Wednesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $10,000 bail. Theft, burglary — Stephen Michael Evans, 23, of the 1100 block of Loal Street, Medford. Medford police officers on Wednesday arrested Evans on three counts of computer crime, first-degree aggravated theft, first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree burglary. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $35,000 bail. Theft — Danial Gregson Reed, 47, of the 200 block of Ivy Street, Medford. A Medford police officer on Wednesday arrested Reed on two counts of second-degree theft, first-degree theft and identity theft. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $18,000 bail. Drugs — Michelle Marie Crook, 46, no known address. Jackson County sheriffs deputies on Wednesday arrested Crook on warrants charging her with two counts of delivery of amphetamines, two counts of possession of amphetamines, manufacturing amphetamines and failure to appear in court. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Wednesday on $83,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 8200 block of East Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies on Wednesday took a report of a theft in which a 1976 Chevy Silverado was stolen.
