Emergency services, Nov. 20 Sunday Nov 20, 2016 at 12:05 AM Felony arrests Drugs — Matthew Wayne Manninen, 23, of the 3500 block of Avenue H, White City. Medford police arrested Manninen Friday on a felony warrant charging methamphetamine possession. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Friday and released Saturday because of overcrowding. Drugs — Levar Christopher Handy, 24, no known address. Medford police arrested Handy Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous meth-possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Vehicle Theft — Jeanette Anne Torres, 39, of the 5400 block of Butte Falls Highway, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Torres Friday on a felony warrant charging possession of a stolen vehicle, and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail Friday and released Saturday on her own recognizance. Vehicle Theft — Peter Palfreyman, 57, of the 4600 block of Butte Falls Highway, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Palfreyman Friday on felony warrants charging unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and first-degree theft, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and driving while suspended. He was booked in the jail Friday and released Saturday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Cody Bill Eider, 23, of the 2100 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Eider Friday on felony charges of possessing heroin and methamphetamine, and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing. He was booked in the jail Friday and released Saturday because of overcrowding. Drugs — Elizabeth A. Johnson-Cosgrove, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Johnson-Cosgrove Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was booked in the jail and released Saturday because of overcrowding. Drugs — Adam Keith Dickinson, 29, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Dickinson Saturday on felony charges of possessing heroin and methamphetamine, and for violating his parole on a previous first-degree theft conviction. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Drugs — Nichole Marie Schlosser, 27, of the 1100 block of Mayfair Place, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Schlosser Saturday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous heroin possession charge. She was booked in the jail and released Saturday because of overcrowding. Burglary — Alexander J. Owens, 21, no known address. Central Point police arrested Owens Saturday on felony charges of first-degree burglary and identity theft, a felony warrant charging methamphetamine possession, misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, and a misdemeanor warrant charging second-degree trespassing. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Ashley Elizabeth Batty, 25, no known address. Medford police arrested Batty Saturday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, a misdemeanor charge of contempt and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of possessing methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail Saturday on $18,000 bail.
