Emergency services, July 20 Thursday Jul 20, 2017 at 12:05 AM Felony arrests Drugs — Nicole Leann Helling, 26, of the 2700 block of Falcon Street, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Helling Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin. She remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on $10,000 bail. Custodial Interference — Tamara Joyce Brown, 54, of the 1000 block of Woodrow Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Brown Tuesday on a felony charge of second-degree custodial interference, and on misdemeanor charges of interfering with police, harassment and resisting arrest. She remained lodged in jail Wednesday without bail. Assault — Joel Lee Harper, 53, of the 1000 block of Spring Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Harper Tuesday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault. He remained lodged in jail Wednesday without bail. Burglary — Chad Michael Heppner, 41, of the 200 block of Meadow Lane, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Heppner Tuesday on a felony charge of second-degree burglary, and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree trespassing, second-degree theft, second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief. He remained lodged in jail Wednesday on $15,000 bail. Theft — Trevor Lee Ettinger, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Ettinger Wednesday on two felony counts of first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance. Impaired Driving — Floyd Julius Bennett, 59, of the first block of Wimer Street, Ashland. On Wednesday, Bennett made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance. Theft — Robert Louis Tobiason, 21, of the 500 block of Briarwood Drive, Central Point. Medford police arrested Tobiason Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance. Sex Abuse — Stephen Joseph Lebrun, 53, of the 2500 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Lebrun Wednesday on four felony counts of first-degree sexual abuse and a felony charge of first-degree sodomy. He was lodged in jail Wednesday held on $2.25 million bail. Identity Theft — Emily Ann Stout, 25, of the 700 block of Agate Street, Medford. On Wednesday, Stout made her initial court appearance on a felony identity theft charge, and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree forgery, second-degree possession of a forged instrument and second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on her own recognizance. Manslaughter — Richard Shawn Stocke, 46, of the 400 block of Earhart Road, Rogue River. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Stocke Wednesday on felony charges of first-degree manslaughter and first-degree criminal mischief, and on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and reckless endangering. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $122,500 bail. Sex Abuse — Wesley Michael Hoadley, 32, of the 2200 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Hoadley Wednesday on two felony counts of first-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $500,000 bail. Identity theft — Jason Terrance Wochaski, 39, no known address. On Wednesday, Wochaski made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of identity theft, and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree forgery, second-degree possessing a forged instrument and second-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday on his own recognizance. Crime reports Burglary — 200 block of Oak Grove Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of burglary to a business at 5:23 p.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included a 32-inch TV and heavy working gloves. Vandalism reported included a cut chain-link fence and pry marks to the side door of an RV. The loss and damage was valued at $2,910. Theft — 2300 block of Asher Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 6:34 a.m. Wednesday. Items reported stolen included a granite box, a Milwaukee Fuel power took kit, a motorized polisher with pads, siding gun, Bosch Bulldog concrete drill and Makita angle grinder. The loss was valued at $3,110. Vehicle Theft — 1800 block of Sage Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of a motor vehicle theft at 12:04 p.m. Wednesday. Reported stolen from the pickup truck was a custom rack. Bodywork on the vehicle's driver side was reported damaged, as was the vehicle's ignition. The loss and damage was valued at $1,850.
