Central Ave. The hearing is being held by the Oregon Legislature’s 14-member Joint Committee on Transportation Preservation and Modernization as one of nine meetings statewide to assess future transportation needs. While in Southern Oregon, committee members will tour the Rogue Valley Transportation District, the new Fern Valley interchange, Highway 99 and the building of the Highway 62 expressway.
