Medford police Friday arrested Ward on a felony warrant charging possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $15,000 bail. Drugs — Michael Devi Catlett-Carpenter, 39, of the 2600 block of Dark Hollow Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Friday arrested Carpenter on a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of violating a no-contact order. He was lodged in the jail on $13,000 bail. Drugs — Tyler Allen Guindon, 27, no known address. Talent police Friday arrested Guindon on felony charges of manufacture of heroin, delivery of heroin, possession of heroin, manufacture of methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation for delivery of heroin. He was lodged in the jail without bail. Drugs — Elizabeth Ann Hibbard, 35, no known address. Eagle Point police Friday arrested Hibbard on a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in the jail on $25,000 bail. Drugs — Glenn Raymond Rock, 52, of the 2600 block of Orchard Home Drive, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Friday arrested Rock on a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended and a parole violation for first-degree burglary. He was lodged in the jail without bail.
