Presentations will cover topics including senior self-defense, the importance of socializing, the importance of staying active and making healthy food choices. Health and wellness professionals will provide information from more than a dozen organizations and businesses, including Mercy Flights, Providence Health & Services, Right at Home in-home care services, Philips Lifeline, SoundScape mobile hearing aid service, Group Eyecare, Priority Footwear & Pedorthic Services, DoTerra wellness advocacy, Lone Pine Drugs and Rose Acupuncture.
