Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend May 21, 2005 Emergency Services Felony arrests Identity theft, theft — Astra Lauraine Lucier, 34, of the 600 block of Hamilton Street, Medford. Lucier appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with identity theft and first-degree theft. She was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Lawrence Vincent Gordon, 44, of the 1100 block of Progress Way, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Gordon on charges of methamphetamine possession, driving with a suspended license and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday on $12,000 bail. Eluding — Victor Clarence Robinson, 23, no known address. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Friday arrested Robinson on charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, attempting to elude police on foot and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.
