Emergency services, Sept. 27 Sep 27, 2022 12:00 AM A A Felony arrests Hit and run — David Anthony Deitrick, 44, no known address. Deitrick was arrested by Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Thursday on a felony charge of hit and run causing injury and additional misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and reckless endangering. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail Thursday and released Friday on his own recognizance. Drug possession — Joshua Dean Boehland, 40, no known address. Boehland was arrested by Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Thursday on charges of unlawful possession of a marijuana item by a person over 21 and second-degree criminal trespass. Boehland was booked into jail on $45,000 bail. Fugitive — Justin Reid Carr, 35, no known address. Carr was arrested by Central Point police Friday on a warrant as a fugitive from California. Carr was lodged into jail without bail. Heroin possession — Travis James Christy, 38, the 2200 block of Gene Cameron Way, Medford. Christy was arrested by Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Friday on a charge of heroin possession. Christy’s name was not found in jail records Monday. Rape — Quentin Maurice Casebere, 36, of the 1900 block of Sunrise Way, Central Point. Casebere was arrested by Central Point police Friday on a charge of third-degree rape. Casebere was lodged into jail and released on home detention. Drugs — Ryan James Gartin, 29, of the 200 block of Oak Street, Phoenix. Gartin was arrested by Phoenix Police Friday on a charge of unlawful possession of a marijuana item by a person over 21. Gartin was lodged into jail and released. Mischief — Eduardo Aviles Palacio, 30, of the 1300 block of Pheasant Way, Central Point. Palacio was arrested by Central Point police Saturday on charges of first-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving and driving under the influence. Palacio was lodged in jail and released. Trespass — Jessica Shannon Fernandez, 37 of the 1200 block of Peach Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Fernandez Saturday on charges of first- and second-degree criminal trespassing and second- and third-degree theft. Fernandez was lodged in jail and released. Theft — Tyler Zackery Gartin, 25, of the 800 block of Taylor Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Gartin Saturday on charges of first-degree theft and second-degree burglary. Gartin was lodged into jail and released. Identity theft — Ryan Edward Pascoe II, 23, of the 1600 block of Roberts Road, Medford. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Pascoe Sunday on charges of first-degree aggravated theft, first-degree theft, aggravated identity theft, aggravated identity theft, identity theft, first-degree forgery, felon in possession of a firearm and unlawful possession of a firearm or ammunition.
