Medford police arrested Blachly Tuesday on felony charges of possessing heroin and methamphetamine, and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday and released Wednesday because of overcrowding. Sexual Abuse — Steven Andrew Herring, 25, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Herring Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree sexual abuse, and Medford police Wednesday arrested Herring Wednesday on a misdemeanor charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender, a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants and for violating his parole on a previous oxycodone-possession conviction. He remained lodged in the jail Thursday without bail. Drugs — Kenneth Justin Brown, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Brown Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing meth, reckless burning, resisting arrest and second-degree trespassing. He remained lodged in the jail Thursday on $35,000 bail. Sexual Abuse — Corey Charles Meneley, 28, of the 100 block of Fairview Street, Talent. Phoenix police arrested Meneley Wednesday on a felony charge of second-degree sexual abuse. He remained lodged in jail Thursday on $50,000 bail. Assault — Michael Ryan Anderson, 24, of the 400 block of Plum Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Anderson Wednesday on felony charges of third-degree assault and first-degree criminal mistreatment. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released. Drugs — Emmett Norman Calhoun Jr., 32, of the 4200 block of Tioga Way, Central Point. Medford police arrested Calhoun Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing meth, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possessing a stolen vehicle, third-degree robbery, possessing meth, possessing heroin, second- and third-degree theft, felon in possession of a restricted weapon, first-degree trespassing, harassment, carrying a concealed weapon and providing false information to police. He remained lodged in jail Thursday on $60,000 bail. Drugs — Brandi Justice O'Keefe, 21, no known address. Medford police arrested O'Keefe Wednesday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing meth and heroin. She remained lodged in jail Thursday on $25,000 bail. Robbery — Thomas Aaron Goracke, 24, no known address. Medford police arrested Goracke Wednesday on felony charges of third-degree robbery, possessing heroin and methamphetamine, a felony warrant for possessing heroin and on a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released Thursday because of overcrowding. Drugs — Jacob Benjamin Hefner, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Hefner Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released Thursday because of overcrowding. Drugs — Eric Eugene Wright, 44, of the 200 block of West Fir Street, Central Point. Central Point police and Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Wright Wednesday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and a Schedule II controlled substance, a misdemeanor charge of interfering with police, for violating his probation on previous convictions of possessing meth and fourth-degree assault and on a California warrant. He remained lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Drugs — Aaron Dale Eaton, 40, of the 100 block of Tripp Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Eaton Wednesday on an additional felony warrant charging him with possessing methamphetamine. Medford police originally arrested Eaton March 2 for violating his parole on a first degree theft conviction and March 6 on a misdemeanor charge of unlawfully entering a motor vehicle. He remained lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Theft — Dustin David Drift, 23, of the 700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Drift Thursday on four additional felony counts of first-degree theft. Central Point police originally arrested Drift Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and first-degree trespassing and a contempt charge. He remained lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Robbery — John Harry Wilkes, 29, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Wilkes Wednesday on felony charges of first-degree robbery and unlawful use of a weapon, misdemeanor charges of menacing and second-degree theft, and on warrants for failing to appear  in court on previous charges of menacing, felon in possession of a restricted weapon and using a restricted weapon. He remained lodged in jail Thursday on $122,500 bail. Drugs — Tommy Alan Forsythe, 50, of the 400 block of Lozier Lane, Medford. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Forsythe Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing meth. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released Thursday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Mack Lee Ceideburg, 52, of the 3800 block of Antelope Road, White City. Medford police arrested Ceideburg Wednesday on felony charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing methamphetamine, and for violating his parole on a previous meth-possession conviction. He remained lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Vehicle Theft — Thomas James Grimes, 31, of Klamath Falls. Medford police arrested Grimes Wednesday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released Thursday because of overcrowding. Drugs — Debra Ann Hill, 30, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Hill Thursday on felony charges of distributing and possessing heroin. She was lodged in jail Thursday on $30,000 bail. Drugs — Priscilla Lynn Atkins, 28, of the first block of Sowell Court, Shady Cove. On Thursday, Atkins made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance. Drugs — Ryan Joseph Dunn, 42, of the 1500 block of Cypress Point Drive, Medford. On Thursday, Dunn made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing oxycodone and a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance.
