Weather causing early closure of COVID-19 vaccination site By Mail Tribune staff Dec 31, 2021 01:37 PM A A AP Photo The Oregon Health Authority COVID-19 vaccination site at The Merrick, 200 N. Riverside Ave., Medford, 97501 (formerly the Inn at the Common), will be closing early for the next two days because of the weather, according to Jackson County Health & Human Services. Closing time will be at 5 p.m. today, Dec. 31, as well as Saturday, Jan. 1, 2022. Regular hours for the Oregon Health Authority COVID-19 Vaccination Site are Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.and Monday through Saturday, noon to 7 p.m. All COVID-19 vaccines are available for people ages 5 and older.
