Emergency services, Oct. 21 Friday Oct 21, 2016 at 12:05 AM Felony arrests Failing to Register as a Sex Offender — Miguel Joseph Barron, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Barron Wednesday on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender and for violating his parole on a previous strangulation conviction. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday without bail. Drugs — Pedro Sanchez-Camacho, 19, of the 400 block of South Columbus Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Sanchez-Camacho Wednesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor charge of contempt. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released on his own recognizance. Hit-and-Run — Roger Linwood Moore, 29, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Moore Wednesday on a felony charge of hit-and-run to an injured person. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released on his own recognizance. Vehicle Theft — Shelby James Galligan, 45, of the 2300 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Galligan Thursday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released on his own recognizance. Impaired Driving — Shawnta Alisa Soto, 31, of the 2900 block of Stacie Way, Medford. Medford police arrested Soto Thursday on a felony charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants and a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released on his own recognizance. Failing to Register as a Sex Offender — Charles Frederick White, 48, of the 80000 block of Thunderhead Avenue, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested White Thursday on a felony warrant for failing to register his address as a sex offender. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released on his own recognizance. Court Appearance — Kevin Edward Ellsworth, 50, of the 400 block of Laurel Street, Medford. On Thursday, Ellsworth made his initial court appearance on two felony counts of first-degree theft. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released on his own recognizance. Court Appearance — Josh Tipton Poff, 23, of the first block of Eastwood Drive, Medford. On Thursday, Poff made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a disorderly conduct charge. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Paul Scott Brewer Jr., 42, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Brewer Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released because of overcrowding. Drugs — Sarah Grace Rivas, 41, no known address. Medford police arrested Rivas Thursday on felony warrants for manufacturing, distributing and possessing heroin. She was lodged in jail Thursday on $90,000 bail. Burglary — Anthony Dominic Morse, 29, of the 1000 block of Spring Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Morse Thursday on felony charges of second-degree burglary, methamphetamine possession, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle, a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft, and an out-of-county warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous second-degree theft charge. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $85,000 bail.   Crime reports Theft — 3100 block of Forest Hills Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday. A large green wildland firefighter's backpack and its contents were reported stolen. The loss was valued at $1,000. Theft — 1300 block of Center Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft at 1:34 p.m. Wednesday. Items reported stolen included a black and silver Giant mountain bike, KTM motorcycle riding gear and a KTM tool set. The loss was valued at $2,150.
