SOU, RCC want to share Medford space Southern Oregon University and Rogue Community College today will announce plans to acquire and develop a university-college center in Medford. A news conference will be at 9 a.m. in the Mary Phipps Center on SOU's Medford campus. The new facility will allow RCC and SOU to share classrooms and student support services and will increase the total space available for both institutions in Medford, according to a press release.
