Emergency services, Feb. 22 Wednesday Feb 22, 2017 at 12:05 AM Felony arrests Drugs — Tynaia Dawn Copeland, 25, no known address. Rogue River police arrested Copeland Monday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and on out-of-county warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin, second- and third-degree theft. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail Monday and released Tuesday because of overcrowding. Drugs — Jennifer Lynn Ostreicher, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Ostreicher Monday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and on misdemeanor charges of interfering with police and resisting arrest. She was booked in the jail Monday and released Tuesday on her own recognizance. Identity Theft — James Robert Bennett, 36, no known address. Medford police arrested Bennett Tuesday on a felony charge of identity theft, and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday because of overcrowding. Contraband — Shelby Ann Dean, 22, of the 1800 block of Williams Highway, Grants Pass. Rogue River police arrested Dean Tuesday on felony charges of supplying contraband and possessing methamphetamine, and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous heroin possession charge. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday because of overcrowding. Sex Offender Registration — Buchanan Zachariah McLaughlin, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested McLaughlin Tuesday on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Eirik Dean Emile Kimball, 22, of Toledo. On Tuesday, Kimball made his initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony charges of manufacturing, distributing and possessing cocaine, manufacturing, distributing and possessing MDMA and manufacturing, distributing and possessing LSD, a Schedule I controlled substance. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Paul Daniel Pittman Jr., 49, of the 1300 block of Alanita Lane, Grants Pass. On Tuesday, Pittman made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance. Burglary — Daniel Guy Mallory, 37, of the first block of Meadowfield Circle, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Mallory Tuesday on felony charges of second-degree burglary and possessing methampehtamine, and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail. Drugs — Alejandro Isaias Avaloz-Meza, 26, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Avaloz-Meza Tuesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of violating his parole on a previous conviction for manufacturing meth. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail. Theft — Michael Sean Padilla, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Padilla Tuesday on a felony warrant charging him with first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $15,000 bail.
