Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend October 9, 2005 SinceWEAsked: Road Work Ahead It’s the end of summer, but that doesn’t mean it’s the end of summertime construction projects. Nooooooooo! Since many — if not most — of us get around this beautiful valley in our cars, trucks and SUVs, we’ll likely run into some orange cones and a dude or dudette with a flag sooner or later. And lately, it seems like sooner. We asked: "Which road construction project under way in the Rogue Valley has had the most significant impact on your driving habits?" Advertisement After you read through the answers from our Web readers, check out our new question, which pertains to the Supreme Court. (We know, we asked one a couple of weeks ago on the high court, but it’s our newspaper!) All of them. Walsh, Medford This week’s question John Roberts is in, but no one is sure how Harriet Miers will fare in her quest for the U.S. Supreme Court. If you listen to the president, it sounds like Miers is a shoo-in. But don’t ask former Supreme Court nominee Robert Bork. He called her nomination "a disaster." Wow, now that’s getting "Borked!"
