Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend November 27, 2005 Paul Emanuel Norton Convicted felon wanted for probation violation Police want to catch a 22-year-old man wanted on three outstanding warrants. Paul Emanuel Norton has arrests and convictions for two counts of fourth-degree assault, reckless endangering, and contempt of court, as well as several arrests for probation violations. Because he has failed to comply with the terms of his probation, a statewide felony warrant has been issued for his arrest on the charges of probation violation for possession of a controlled substance. The bail in the warrant is $10,000. In addition to this warrant, there are two additional warrants held by other law enforcement agencies for failure to appear in court, driving while suspended and probation violation, with a bail of $16,040. Norton is described as a Hispanic male adult, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing approximately 160 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has the word "Adriana" tattooed on his back; the word "Laraza" tattooed on his left wrist, the Virgin Mary tattooed on his upper left arm, a tribal sign on his right calf, and a cross with a ribbon tattooed and the letters "BN" on his right arm.
