Medford police arrested Coggins Wednesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and on warrants charging failure to appear in court on previous meth possession charges. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on $25,000 bail. Burglary — Lacey Brooke Spence, 25, of the 3700 block of Colver Road, Phoenix. Medford police arrested Spence Wednesday on felony charges of first-degree burglary and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft and for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance. Criminal Mischief — John Matthew Tate, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Tate Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanor charges of second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree disorderly conduct, and for violating his parole on a previous coercion conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail. Sex Offender Registration — Joseph Manuel Reyes, 38, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Reyes Thursday on a felony charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender, a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a previous charge of failing to register his address as a sex offender and on a contempt of court charge. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Court Appearance — Brenda Andrade Fernandez, 21, of Delano, Calif. On Thursday, Fernandez made a court appearance on felony charges of distributing and possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released Thursday on her own recognizance. Court Appearance — Marwin Efren Ramirez, 22, of Delano, Calif. On Thursday, Ramirez made a court appearance on felony charges of distributing and possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released Thursday on his own recognizance. Court Appearance — Larry Ellis Coots, 62, of the 300 block of Park Drive Shady Cove. On Thursday, Coots made a court appearance on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, second-degree criminal mischief and reckless endangering. He was booked in the jail and released Thursday on his own recognizance. Fraud — Nicole Maree Dominguez, 33, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Dominguez Thursday on felony charges of fraudulent use of a credit card, and methamphetamine and heroin possession. She was lodged in jail Thursday on $27,500 bail. Theft — Clayton Woodrow Lowell, 29, of the 3200 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Lowell Thursday on a felony charge of first-degree theft and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Court Appearance — Amber Eileen Nordlander, 29, of the first block of North Peach Street, Medford. On Thursday, Nordlander made a court appearance on a felony charge of heroin possession. She was lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Court Appearance — Kelly Rose Fereira, 55, of the first block of North Peach Street, Medford. On Thursday, Fereira made her initial court appearance on felony charges of manufacturing and distributing methamphetamine near a school, manufacturing, distributing and possessing methamphetamine and four felony counts of felon in possession of a firearm. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance. Court Appearance — Cheyenne Edward Libby, 20, of the first block of North Peach Street, Medford. On Thursday, Libby made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Theft — Jordan Richard Rock, 22, of the 7400 block of Highway 227, Trail. Medford police arrested Rock Thursday on felony charges of first-degree theft and heroin possession, misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft, second-degree trespassing and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $30,000 bail. Drug Possession — Trevor W. Landers, 23, no known address. Medford police arrested Landers Thursday on felony charges of heroin possession and first-degree theft, misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft, second-degree trespassing, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and contempt, and on warrants charging failure to appear in court on previous charges of first- and second-degree theft and interfering with police. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $38,000 bail. Drug Possession — Daniel Collin Horton, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Horton Thursday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and on a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a previous charge of third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $13,000 bail. Crime report Vandalism — Medford police took a report at 9:58 a.m. Wednesday in the 2700 block of Lawrence Avenue of vandalism to a vehicle engine caused by tampering with its gasoline tank. The engine damage was valued at $5,000.
