A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy arrested Pedersen late Friday on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle and a Clatsop County warrant charging him with contempt of court. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $10,700 bail. Drugs — Roxann Kay Wilson, 24, no address listed. Central Point police arrested Wilson early Saturday on a fugitive warrant out of Utah charging her with possession of illegal drugs. She was jailed without bail. Sexual abuse — Michael Vincent Winne, of the 500 block of Palm Street. Medford police arrested Winne early Saturday on charges of first-degree and third-degree sexual abuse. He was jailed on $1.5 million bail. Drugs — Steven Donald Lingren, of the 6800 block of Cork Drive, Central Point. Medford police arrested Lingren early Saturday on charges of possession and manufacture of amphetamine, and warrants charging him with parole violation and driving with a suspended license. He was jailed on $15,200 bail. Drugs — Raymond Richard Preston, 35, of the 1200 block of Marrow Road, Medford. Central Point Police arrested Preston on charges of possessing amphetamine and supplying contraband. He was jailed on $10,000 bail. Drugs — Tanya Rita Bost, 24, of the 1900 block of Worthington Road, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Bost on a charge of possession of amphetamine. She was jailed on $5,000 bail. Drugs — Thomas Neal Tobiason, 56, no address listed. Medford police arrested Tobiason Saturday on a charge of possession of amphetamine and a warrant charging him with menacing. He was jailed on $15,000 bail. Warrant — Michael Bruce Hegardt, 35, no address listed. Medford police arrested Hegardt Saturday on a fugitive warrant out of California charging him with being a parole absconder. He was jailed without bail. Warrant — Marc Thomas Cookson, 25, no address listed. Medford police arrested Cookson Saturday on a fugitive warrant out of Connecticut charging him with possession of marijuana with intent to sell. He was jailed without bail. Crime reports Burglary — 800 block of West Jackson Street, Medford. Medford police took a report Friday of a burglary. A digital video disc (DVD) player and cassette recorder were reported stolen. They had an estimated value of $130. Theft — 7900 block of Ajax Avenue, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies took a report Saturday of a theft from a vehicle. The estimated value of the missing items was $2,500, but no inventory of items was provided in preliminary reports. Theft — 3500 block of Excel Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft of a Dewalt compound miter saw valued at $700. Theft — First block of Emerick Street, Ashland. Ashland police took a report of a theft of 80 compact discs, a radar detector and an in-dash CD player from a vehicle. The total estimated value of the items was more than $1,000. Theft — 300 block of King Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft of compact discs from a car. The estimated value of damage to the car and the items reported stolen totaled $2,500.
